On October 31st I place an order with diesel power gear. Who is always doing truck giveaways and has sales. I understand company’s get behind and we’re probably slammed. However the email I got after my confirmation of me email statement my order would be shipped in up to 3 weeks. Today is December 7th and I still have received my order or even an email saying when if would be shipped. They’re customer service is horrible. No matter what you email them to ask about your order you get the same automated email back every time. The phone number that is listed for the business just keeps ringing and there’s not a voicemail that keep up. No one ever answers the phone. I’m very disappointed I would have loved to have what I ordered considering that it was supposed to be a presents for a friend but I don’t think that’s going to happen. Worst experience I have ever had with online shopping.
