I had ordered "tactical pants" off their website. Though i had ordered them from the website they used the shop app to make the payment. The photos of the product showed high qualtiy hiking pants. What i recived was poorly made kids sized sweat pants labeled "boutique costume" on the bag it was shipped in. I reached out to the company who assured me it was a mistake but they would proccess my return. They had provided a shipping label to ship the pants back with. After following instructions and shipping the product back they haulted all contact with me. Soon after, the shop app had removed them from their services due to an overwhelmingly high number of low reviews. They have not proccessed a rufund on my end.
