Somehow they shut down my Roku.I went to what I thought was the Roku website. It gave me a phone number to call: 800.653.5029. A man named Sam said that Roku was now charging for the service. Since I thought I was speaking to a Roku representative, I paid the money and he activated my Roku and TV. If I have any problems call: 888.296.6926 ext. 403 and ask for Sam. At one point we were disconnected and he called me back using the number: 408.508.5500.

I realize there is nothing you can do for my stupidity, but please prevent this from happening to someone else. **** ******* *******************
