Sherri from Digital Expert called to collect on an outstanding invoice. Will not give the amount due but says we authorized Google to run advertising, they claim to have a audio recording of the transaction. They will not play the recording and they don't want to listen to the fact that our business does not advertise and we work on referral basis only. They claim that this has been sent to collections and payment is due immediately. I asked to talk to the legal department and they hang up. They have called twice.
