I had installed a new Cox wifi mini device on my 2nd tv, and tried logging into my account so that the new device would work with Amazon Prime. On 3rd attempt, a message came on the screen to call a 800 number to get help. I called and they said my Prime membership had ended the night before and I had to renew to get signed in. I asked questions regarding their company and how they were associated with Prime. They provided sit that sited Amazon Prime. They also said my home account had merged with my account at work. They new specifics of the two accounts which also concerned me. They asked a couple questions to ensure they were no longer merged. They sent an email with adobe sign for the receipt of the funds to be paid. They unlocked my account and I then could get in my account. I then looked at my Amazon Prime account and could not find any association. The next morning I contacted Amazon and found they are not associated at all. I attempted to contact DHS and no one answered. I did confirm my acct was good with Amazon. No issues. I then called my bank for fraud. And aty work just to be sure it was guarded against any efforts this company might try. I have repeatedly got texts, emails, and phone calls from this Digital Home Solutions,15 times today alone. I am not talking to them now that they are a fraud I found out. And just learned their company is a Gmail account. This company needs to be reported for fraud, and Security breech of Cox communications and Amazon.
