A caller named Patrick called my business saying I owed him $2195 for digital marketing to enhance my business on the internet. I asked to send an invoice and contract I signed for the service. He sent a generic service agreement with an electronic signature that was not mine. The contract was fake. It had misspelled words and not legal at all. He had the last four digits of my bank account. I specifically told him he did not have permission to debit my account. He said I gave him the account number, which I never have and never will over the phone.
