The caller simply said, “hello” and I replied/answered, “hello”. Then there was a brief silence. Then the caller (a female) said., “are you there?”, and I replied, “yes”. And the caller then disconnected the phone. I assume she wanted to record me saying “yes” so she can sign me up for something I did not sign up for or perhaps even a purchase I did not sign up for. I recall in the past tonight ever tell anyone yes because they record it and can use it against you. I forgot this when I was speaking to her.
