They sent scary email about recurring fee for their services. When I called them, I heard a voice with an accent from another country who wanted me to open my computer. I said I never signed for their service. He replayed - open your computer. When I refused to do so, he hang up on me. Please help to stop this abuse!

This email serves as a reminder that your membership will expire on May 6, 2021 and will be automatically renewed on that date i.e. on May 6 2021. You can discontinue the service anytime by calling at our helpline number to avoid the recurring charges.

After 48 hours, the charged amount of $199.99 will be reflected in your account.

We hope that you continue to benefit from Digitech Solutions Services and that you continue to gain in the future.

Received email stating that a membership id "got expired" and has been auto-renewed and that my account would be debited by $199.99 and after 48 hours it will reflect in the balance accordingly. Called number and clearly this is a scam, sounds like origination is India. Told him I was reporting and he said go ahead and hung up. I do not know if they have access to any account information to debit.
