Was told they want to rent our condo in Cancun, Mexico for 10 weeks total price $48,500. After agreeing they sent us the final contract to which they added a payment we had to immediately make for $8,750.00. This was new, unexpected, and deceiving. They would then soon us the $48,750.00 by a check which we knew would bounce in 2 weeks for insufficient funds.
