We order some machines back in May. We kept asking where was our stuff first they say we did not put the address right so they where going to resend it. Never did and I keep sending emails and no answer.

I ordered two foot massagers that was supposed to be sent to two different addresses. I told them I never received packages. They claimed they resent them 5 times still no product. I asked for my money back and they say they will only give me 50%. I told them I wanted all my money or the product and they went ghost. I haven’t heard from them since. Attached is my receipts.

I brought (2) two exercise machines and noticed it was wrong and immediately cancelled the order. This was back in June 2020 and have been sending email's to them and only get "please be patient we are working with our bank". I'm 75 and that $116.00, I could use for groceries. Don't know what to do or who to call for help.

I ordered a foot massager in May 2020, received 3 face masks in June, contacted company by email, was informed they would send my massager and I still have not received it. This company is fraudulent! Do Not Waste Your Money!

I ordered a foot therapy circulation booster for 5968 in May and to this day have never received it they sent me also three face masks first then said they resent my original revitive machine said it got to my hometown and then it was lost in transportation they are scamming outfit been dealing with them for 4 months never trust them or any other China organization again

Ordered a foot spa never got here I complained to PayPal they couldn't do anything because the scam of a company marked it as delivered went back and forth with usps for 2 weeks no help my bank started a case finally was able to get ahold of someone by email who finally agreed to refund me the money but did not went to go back on the website to see if there another way to get ahold of them and website is now shut down witch I'm happy about but would love to get my refund

I never received my order nor did I get a refund. I have emailed them and they have not responded and the phone number is wrong or disconnected

I ordered a revitive circulation ISO rocker mo1425903. In may.No word in tracking or call.The tracking #no longer good.I It was 60.00.used
Said 2 -3 weeks.I would like a refund so I can sometime else. The name is idona McGrail [email protected] let me know where it is or a refund.

I've order a liftchair got a small package instead. On package said underwear but got mask. They said they resend the order haven't got it yet. The tracking # said its in town but thats been 5 days ago. They are crooks. Dont but from them u wasting ur money.( i placed my order early May).

I order a Spa tub, May 7,2020.From [email protected]. I paid 64.85 through Pay Pal instead of them sending me what I order, they sent me 3 mask in place of foot tub. This zcompany is a scam !!!!!
