Online ad for Nordstrom boots but now realize there was no attachment to Nordstrom Department Store. Received email stating order was received. Shipping information was stated as standard shipping but the tracking number was never connected to any site. Ordered at the end of December and at the end of January I inquired through email the status of shipment. Received an email stating they were delivered but have not received any product. Have contacted the support email for refund with no resolution as of yet.

FB ad on my thread... depicted women's boots - Stated leather. THERE IS NO WAY THEY ARE LEATHER. The boot is incredibly lightweight and CHEAP feeling.
