Claimed to be out original Auto Warranty company and that coverage expired at 5 years. I checked after agreeing to payment and found that our coverage continued to 100,000 miles and had not expired. This was NOT the same company. We signed with Pro Certified Lifetime Warranty, not "Direct Auto." I disputed the transaction with my credit card company.

I've received multiple email from the same business. These are three of the ones I've recovered I'm receiving at least one every day. The contents are from 'Direct Auto warranty'. They claim to be an A+ rated ScamPulse.com accredited business, however, ScamPulse.com is unable to locate any records of this business. I looked for any contact info but there was nothing.
