I ordered 2 bean bag chairs in April of 2019. In June I responded to the email saying I havnt received my items and paid 9.98 extra for express shipping. Its not july 2020 and never got a refund. And my bank won't give me a refund and claims my dispute was denied. So I'm out 39.89

I made 2 different orders, i thought legit, since i purchased through fb. Been over 2 months and i havent received my orders or a refund. They just keep sending the same generic email.

Seen an ad on facebook about an item and purchased it and got a text confirmation on the order that it was processing and still as of may have not received my item purchased. Have been emailing them and they state that is has been shipped out but unable to give me a tracking number or any info on when it will be here this is a big scam im guessing and not the link they sent me is unavailable cannot locate the page!

I purchased 2 chill bags for 14.97 a piece April 2,2019 . It's May and I haven't received my order and I have not been able to track it. Also, there is no contact info for this website.

While using Facebook I came across this company (not to be confused with direct deals or deals direct) I was transferred to their page which had real seeming customer reviews and at the bottom claimed it was ScamPulse.com accredited. I paid for my product via credit card as there were no other options other than debit and immediately received a text confirming my order number and a link saying I would receive confirmation that the item had shipped. However I started to get worried as the link suddenly stopped working. A quick Google search for the company website did the same thing there is no way to contact this company, they have no listed physical address, number for contact and no way to file a claim on the money I have lost. Watch out do not be fooled, keep your money!
