Ordered a new xbox one controller and adapter from this seller online. Package did not include the adapter (but there was a spot for it in the box). Upon closer inspection of the box I could see two seal stickers, one on top of the other, which proves to me that it was opened before. There was also hair under the controller in the box. They have a 15% restocking fee for returns, but they stole the merchandise from the box and then tried to hid it and sell it to a new customer.
