On December 16 I check my account. It was depleted. Some how charges were made from my account to MeMe Live in Taiwan. This happened on the 15th and 16th of December 2018. The charges are still pending and I was told when I called on the 16th that I would have to wait five days before I could make a complaint. I called them ASAP. Why not stop those payment from going through. I called back to change the card and It would be ten days before the new card comes unless I pay them 13 dollars which my account is depleted and no fund to pay that fee, and it would be here in two days. So now I am checking my account and can't sleep. This is not a secure account as I was led to believe. So I called Direct Express (Comerica) today December 17, and most of the pending charges that were scammed from my card went through. Why could they not put a hold on the card. I asked them to do that before these charges went through. They told me to file a dispute and it will take ten days. I also filed a police report.

I answered the call with a local area code and the automated message told me that my debit card had been locked and to press 1 to continue or press 2 to disconnect. I pressed 1 hoping for more options. The automated message immediately asked for my 16# card number. I waited and the message repeated itself. Pressing any other numbers. did nothing but repeat the message. I found the website for Direct Express and called customer service to verify that my info wasn't on file. The supervisor Johnathan searched my phone number and nothing was associated with that number. I gave the fraudulent phone# and nothing was found either. The company is a direct deposit company that works with social security. The customer service rep told me that there was nothing that they could do and seemed to completely brush off my complaint. I found that disheartening considering the company works with a government funded system.

Some one call social security and changed my direct deposit banking to a direct express card. I did not do this . I called direct express and they wanted me to fax them a copy of my driver licence and social security card , I did. They came back after 3 times of me faxing that they could not read it. They put a hold on the card so no one could cash it. So I actually had to go down to ss office in spfld mass. to undo the card. It was a social security scam to get my money from me.
