I answered a add about a 1971 Plymouth Roadrunner. The so called owner Richard Groff contacted me and said he works off shore at Oceaneering International Production. He wanted me to work with Direct Auto Sales LTD at Portland Maine they would handle everything including setting up an account to wire the money to them. After talking to the person at Direct Auto Sales LTD things didn't add up. After sending emails back in forth to Richard Groff I decided to call Oceaneeting International Production in TX I asked them for help as I was afraid of getting scamed. I asked the person that answered if Richard Groff worked for them and she said no. I told him the deal was off. I did check the address's Direct Auto Sales LTD the first was 107 Waldron Way, Portland, Maine. no such address. The second was 92 Waldron Way, Portland Maine this asress belongs to company called Portland Schools Food Service.The phone number for Richard Groff 207-305-2248.

The car belonged to my father who recently passed away. He was the second owner. I had an agreement with a good friend to buy the car, unfortunately his loan was not approved and now the car sits in a warehouse ready to be delivered to its buyer with all the documents (clear title, two set of keys, manuals, and some services history). The purchase price includes shipping and handling to any state. Because of the fact that I am quite busy with my job and unable to travel back to the States, I have decided to use the services of a Auto Broker for our safety. They will protect both of us in this transaction and will take care of the entire sale process from payment, shipping, title transfer service or/and (if needed) returns and refunding. They will keep the money secure until you will receive and inspect the car. There is a 7 days inspection period available for you once you will receive the vehicle in which you have the possibility to do an inspection to any authorized service of your choice before the company will release any money to me. If you will decide not to keep it for any reason the vehicle will be sent back to me (free of charge for you) and you will get a full refund no questions asked. So basically I only receive the money if you are happy about what you are buying.

Giving the nature of this transaction please note that my sale terms are final. I don't want to offend you, but the car is priced for a fast sale so please if you intend to trade, apply for a loan or financing it will not work for me!
