The scammer had called several times. Saying I received free merchandise. At time o was unable to speak so they called. But by the time they called i had reached out to Direct TV..and they stated that # has no connection to them. So once scammers called i advised i had spoken with Direct TV and they hung up.

They called me from different phone numbers. Left messages daily. Said they were from ATT Direct TV. Knew my account number .Knew my phone number. Gave their numbers as 1-773-813-6966. 1-773-812-8098, 1-888-688-8208, 1-888-208-2696 extension 1. I spoke with Chris, Adam Green, Elijah.

Then when he wanted $300.00 more and said it didn't go through I was furious. When I told CVS drug store to get another gift card to get a discount of $37.50 for 3 years and all the cable channels of Showtimes, Hallmark, Starz, HBO, Cinemax, for free for 3 years. plus $200 in Visa Gift cards sent to me. All you the $300.00 and prepay. I am scared they have my personal information. My acct. # my phone number do they have my address? I cancelled my credit card right away even though they did not get that. They said they will email me a receipt. Liars, Scams, Fraud. I am a senior citizen too. Please help me. I called Target. I called Walgreens. Please help me.

received offer to upgrade our receiver at no additional cost (except possibly shipping, handling and installation fee up to $49). called 877.777.9080 (phone number provided in letter) and agent did not know several personal identifiable items they should have known. Felt like a phishing encounter.

I contacted DirectTV and they said 877.777.9080 is not one of their phone numbers

Said they were calling to collect a past due payment but DirectTV deducts its payments from my checking account and my account is up to date. When I told them that, they wanted me to hold to be transferred to accounts so I could update my payment information. I hung up.
