I tried to call DSHS (800 562 6074) and input the number incorrectly (800 562 6075). Automated messages began to play impersonating DSHS and Medicare and the like. One was an offer about life alert buttons; the other was to review health insurance plans with an agent. Then someone picked up, saying it was a recorded line, and asked if she was audible. I said yes. She began repeating the same spiel from the automated messages. I realized it was a scam and hung up.
They are using almost the same phone number as DSHS to trick people who mis-dial into giving personal information and buying health plans.
