i bought a cd through discogs.com, for 30 bucks, she sent me the cd , and was livid when my 6 yr old pointed out she left on a goodwill sticker on 1.99 . upcharged me 28 including shipping . when I gave feedback, she gender id me a male , when I 100 percent female, she brought in politics , assuming I voted for kamala , instead of just saying whoops and laughing it off , she didn't nothing but defend defend defend about , her " business" etc, how she feeds her family etc. she couldn't just admit her mistake, she had to try to belittle me as a customer . instead admitted her mistake . [censored]y business owner . at this moment I don't care about the money, I care more that she breached business code of ethics and brought in politics. i know this I currently am in business management degree, which yes I will be using all this as part of an example for class.
