I took a cab driver home from this driver and when I went to pay he told me my card declined. I didnt realize he charged me for $200. He then made me use another credit card and then charged me for $250 and told me that card declined too. He dropped me off on the side of the side the road to go to the ATM to take out 700 and held my cell phone as collateral. I then went to take out money and gave it to him scared for my life and he drove off with both the money and the cell phone leaving me stranded. I am out almost $1150 between 2 credit cards and cash withdrawal in addition to my cell phone. He mentioned multiple times he was going to hurt me if I didn't do what he said. I believe he preys on young adults that have been out in the Old Town Scottsdale Area.
