Tried to book a flight on this site and when I found one and hit book it, it said “working on your booking or something like that. Then after about a half an hour, someone called me and asked if I understand the restrictions on this flight He said no baggage or carryon was allowed and you couldn’t purchase any at the airport and no confirmed seats. So I said, no I did not want this flight, he said, sorry, no refunds! So I was stuck with staying with him while he “ found” another flight for me. I didn’t like the alternative flights he chose, but had to take them or lose my money! I feel I have been scammed and feel this is not a real travel agency! How can I cancel these flights and get my money back?
