I wish I had done my homework on this company. It takes one quick search to find a plethora of 1-star reviews with everyone sharing the same problem. The scam seems to be that the company has the tile you are looking for at a great price with free 1-2 day shipping. But once they accept your payment, your account will show it is "waiting shipment". When you try to contact the store, nothing. Their phones are busy or not working, they have not responded to any of my multiple emails.That's it! I am disputing the charges, so hopefully that will get my money back.
