contract was signed by myself and Discount Paving And Concrete to repair four slabs of driveway,repair cracks on foundation , and take out existing patio slab and put in a new and larger patio slab. All work was to be completed in five days and is still not done.. The sidewalk and new patio slab were poured not to code and not to my satisfaction. No enforcement mesh was used in the patio slab and very little rebarb was used. The patio has way too much pitch and is not smooth or level from side to side. The left side of slab is not vertical. It leans in at bottom two inches more then top. Now the whole slab needs to be removed and now Discount Paving and Concrete says that the slab is OK. They also did not use any road base or compact base before pouring cement..They just left large chunks of broken cement under the new cement witch pushed out the forms uneven. The sidewalk was installed with a slanting pitch towards the house instead of away from the house. I have put down 9269.00 dollars and now Discount Paving wants to quit the project and keep all the money I put down to complete the work. I am a retired disable military veteran.
