A legit looking website that says it’s trusted USA based business but lied I bought my son a Christmas present and never received the product. They sent me a tracking number but the package was never received by the carrier

Purchased refurbished AirPods on 12-5-23, never received them. Attempted to call but all phone options lead to them sending you back to the web page to address all issues. I sent multiple e-mails with no response, Emails sent 12-28-23. A google search shows a lot of mixed reviews, roughly half saying it’s a scam and they never received their products aswell.

Purchased refurbished AirPods for Christmas. Received one confirmation email with a tracking number that said “label created” and was in New Jersey. Item was to deliver in 3-5 business days. It’s been 3 weeks, no item. Tracking number destinations haven’t changed- still says “label created” The phone number on the site is fully automated and only gives basic information and tells you to email. They have yet to answer a single email inquiry. It’s a scam with no way to contact them.

ordered apple airpods online by credit card. Company immediately sent a shipping tracker number but the item was never delivered to USPS. No more information is available and there is no way to contact the company. No responses by email or online. Also, no way to talk to a live person.

I ordered an Apple Airpod 3 on December 1 2023. I received an email on December 7 saying that the item had shipped. No tracking number was provided.

I sent the company two emails asking for the tracking number with no response. I've also called several times, bot no one answers their phone.

The website portraits themselves to be legit with reviews on trustpilot and a legit website. They promise to deliver the item on time. I bought a pair of AirPods generation 2 they never shipped and never delivered

The site took the money and refused to answer emails regarding the order. I have done some research, and there are complaints all over the internet from other customers stating that they got scammed out of money. All of my emails were ignored until I sent an email stating that I was going to dispute the charges with my bank and report them to BBB. They threatened me and they have threatened other people that have spoke up.

I realized that I had made a purchase on a website that is indeed a scam. I never received a confirmation email which even the automated voice on the phone says I should receive one if I made a purchase. I had my email attached to the purchase yet never received anything. I did do research after I felt something was off and did find plenty of reviews saying that this website is a scam. I’ve tried to call them, NOBODY answers It’s all automated and then it just loops. I called on Wednesday when I realized I didn’t receive an email, and no living person answers. I would just really like my money back. I did leave them an email but I found out that people end up being harassed/threatened via email for calling them out or asking for a refund. So while I’m sure they’ll answer and harass me, I won’t feel very comfortable settling this matter with them further for my own personal safety. Big mistake. I also never even received a delivery date estimate, which you normally do with every purchase you make online elsewhere. Their website claims to be selling apple products (refurbished) at a discounted price but YOU NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING!!! They never answer phone calls or emails. They’re constantly flagging and deleting reviews that are telling the truth about them being a scam website. Once a review is flagged it’s no longer able to be read by other users. They then removing the review so you end up reading fake positive reviews written by the company themselves. This website needs to be shut down immediately!!!!!
