I ordered a computer from the site, https://www.discountstoresale.com. I received a tracking number 3 days later and began tracking the computer for the next 3 days, the computer was delivered in Dubai with a signature. I live in the states not in dubai, I tried to contact the company twice without any response. I ended up reporting it to my CC as fraudulent. My CC company reversed the money but then took it out again because that company could prove the computer was delivered with a signature. I receive a 25 page packet of paper from my CC company showing that it was proven. None of the papers even had my name or address on it, it was someone elses account info but the same tracking number I was given. So I should be reporting my CC company too for not catching that none sense.

I ordered a computer for college that my grandma paid for and i was so excited to find the perfect cumputer for cheap. i’ve contacted the business multiple times and it has been a month since i’ve ordered and I have yet to receive the computer and get an email back from the company. it’s fake. it is a scam.

Ordered a PC for $549.99 from discountstoresale.com on April 1, 2020. Was originally ‘shipped’ with an ETA of April 14. I asked repeatedly for shipping tracking information through their messaging system on their website, I got one response that only said “it will be delivered Thursday.” No further responses were given despite repeated attempts to contact the company. The PC never came. I have already reported them to the FTC.

I visited the website to find a product offered. I placed it in my cart but the credit card transaction would not take. I contacted them via Chat and felt uneasy to say the least. They offered an even lower price if I paid with Best Buy Gift Cards. I did. I asked for a confirmation number and details. I received an email but it was very simple, only the date to expect delivery and the order number. I never received a receipt of payment nor is in in my account I created. I've emailed on several occasions and there is no response to Chat. I even checked the balance of my gift card to find it at 0.00.
