I order 3 beds and they took out$24.99 from my checking account. No date on my receipt, but an order # is 10762. Have not gotten my beds, have not been able to contact them. They stole my money and I just got lucky finding this site.
Was going to leave my email, but don't know if I can trust this site. ok, not doing this, now you want my email and password. NOPE

Same as everyone else. Ordered only 1, thank goodness, it never came. Been waiting since Feb. 2020. No tracking number, no shipping notice, just no pet bed. Shameful that people are such thieves and you can't trust buying online when so many stores are closed due to the virus.

I paid $11.95 s/h for a dog bed on 3/25 and still have not gotten it this place is a scam buyer beware take it from me I already have gotten robbed along with the others I usually check bbb first don't know why I didn't this time. I too ordered a stress relief dog bed xxL. I paid $11.95 for shipping and handling. It did get taken from my account! Bed was free, just pay shipping. That was in February. I ordered 2 -dog beds on March 24, 2020. The beds were advertised free with payment of the shipping and handling. I am very disgusted with these online business ripping people off. I cannot afford this nonsense. I hope someone is reviewing these complaints and taking care of these people that got ripped off. Please follow-up on these complaints (mine included)That's the right thing to do!
Reimburse people for their time and trouble and the expense!
I'll be waiting to hear from someone soon.

I purchased 3 of those donut beds on January 19,2020. Still haven't received anything. No email , nothing. I emailed several times with no response. Wish I had a number to call but... That's probably how they are ripping everyone off! The BBB says to dispute your payment on your card which is exactly what I will be doing tomorrow. SMH Their page should definitely be taken down. So they cannot scam anymore people.

Does anyone have any information on what we can do to stop this from happening to other people. We are on a fixed income and we thought this item would be good for our dog with hip dysplasia.
