BEWARE! LINK Business Advisors solicit people who have businesses for sale and lure them into signing a listing agreement by saying they have a buyer who wants to see the business within 24hr. After you sign, they go dead silence! They just disappear! Then, they somehow know your business is sold and come disturb the business and new owners for their UNEARNED COMMISSION. I am a victim of their deception.
