I went to Discount Emart website and purchased an item. Received robotic call from PayPal Fraud Dept telling me this looks like a scam. Paypal authorizes payment before I can call back and speak to a human to cancel the order. Item never arrives. I contact Paypal, they contact Discount Emart. Discount Emart says item was delivered and gives the Fedex confirmation number. I call Fedex. Fedex says the shipping label was not filled out, and no, the item was not delivered. Paypal thinks the case is closed and will no longer correspond with me. I am out $100.
