I purchased 2 TurboTax products from them 2 years ago, was supposed to download via email links, which never worked. I contacted them several times to resolve the problem or have them resend the links, nothing was fixed. I just did a search on their company and no contact information is found. Their email doesn't work. When Googled, their "excellent review" shows up under program "ScamAdvisor", but when I tried to enter a negative review, it refused to post!!!
