Discountgift Store, discountgiftvip.com This store advertises products for sale on line. I purchased two small tires through them, paid for them online with credit card back on June 2nd 2024. Received emails from them as paid for (Order Number #****************) and tracking numbers (*****************) as products sent out. After a month of not receiving my tires. I contacted them about it (******************************) about a refund or reshipment of tires. Was told that it would get taken care of and that they would resend new tires to replace lost ones. Another month has come and gone, still nothing from them.

I placed an order via the business website and the disclaimer upon payment stated that the order would arrive within 10-15 days after it was shipped. Order receipt shows that item was shipped on 06/07 and I waited 15 days afterwards to receive my package. After 17 days had passed, I contacted via email and received a response that there was a delay in customs. At this point, I became suspicious because any package coming from within the states should not have to clear customs. Another suspicious notice on my behalf was that the customer service email address on the webpage (www.discountvip.com) had been changed from what it was originally once I made contact and received a response. I never received a response at all after emailing the newly updated customer service email.
