I ordered a Quilting magazine in March 2024 and was charged on my credit card on March 13, 2024. This was a two year subscription. I have not received a copy of the magazine yet. I called in June and was told they could see my account, my account was active and I would receive by the end of June. Today, July 5, I called again and was told if I did not receive by the end of August to call back. I would like to get the magazine, but don't understand why it is taking so long to receive the first issue. Today, the man said it is a bi monthly issue and we missed the June deadline. So, I'm not sure what you can do to help me, but I would like to receive the magazine I subscribed to and for the full two years as indicated when I signed up. Thank you for your help.
