Based on that, it appears like a reliable store. Then they encourage to buy their product using paypal, amazon or best buy gift cards by offering additional 10% discount.
Once you order, with in a day, you get an email that the product has been shipped. After that you don't receive the product and you will not be able to communicate with them. Possibly they block your ip with an automated message - chat system is down for maintenance.
