Type of a scam Online Purchase
There is not phone associated with Discountssuperstores and the online chat was offline so I replied to their previous emails and also used their contact form. I never got a response after repeated attempts. I filed a dispute with Paypal. I looked up Shenzen Yiye Technology and found their contact info. They have a bewildering website including another website under Alibaba.com. I tried to contact them but got no response. Meanwhile Paypal also contacted them and were waiting for a response. Finally, I joined Alibaba, which is a meeting place for suppliers and customers, and used the contact form to ask Shenzen Yiye about my order. They responded the next day saying they no nothing about the order.
I informed Paypal of their response and was told that even without it I would get a refund because the seller didn't respond. Based on reviews that I found after my purchase from Discountssuperstores I am one of the lucky ones to have gotten my money back, thanks to using Paypal. Many have paid for items that were never received. DO NOT use this site. Their website looks very professional and the prices are low but DON'T DO IT.
