I had been looking for another laptop, and Facebook had a sponsored link for a Dell 17 7000 2-in-1 which was advertised through fb and had sent it with aftership. The tracking info was correct as will as my information. Somehow between the time it left Canada customs and was in the possession of Canada post, it was sent to Calgary, and promptly disappeared.

Now the seller / sender has disappeared and the is no help. I have contacted all parties with no results, other than there is nothing they can do.

I am really disappointed in my civil services.
