The website is gone and the email address severed at this point. They appear to have set up a very well done website selling used and refurbished products at discount prices a month or two before christmas. After collecting payment no product is sent. They state shipping times may be long since its a refurbished product. Which I believe enables them to get past the cancel/report time of the banks fir fraudulent transaction. Then after christmas the website is taken down and the email address too with them keeping your money.

The purchase was for a dyson-supersonic-dryer-135402, order placed on 12/09/2023 and it was supposed to be received no later than 12/20/2023. Emailed multiple times, called and there is no option to speak to a live person or even an automated system, and I tried the contact option on the site multiple times.

Came across the website on 12/2 while Christmas shopping for a Dyson vacuum. Made the purchase as it stated item would arrive by 12/22, payment was processed on 12/3. Received an email on 12/10 stating item was preparing for shipment. Have emailed and messaged 5 times since with no responses. Tried calling the number on the website for customer service but it is all automated and cannot speak to a human and receive no order updates.

They advertised black sale on a dyson v8 cordless vacuum cleaner and so I purchased it December 8th. They showed that there was product available. My order number is qgvzkyjuf . They showed it would be delivered no later than December 22. So around 10 days later I tried calling the phone number and cannot talk to anyone. So i left messages on there web page to email me with my email address and have not heard out of them. So I wanted to report them before someone else gets scammed.

Ordered what was supposed to be Christmas present on Black Friday from their website. The website appeared legitimate and had the “Godaddy” verified security logo. Reviews on their site were all positive and they offer a money back guarantee. Unfortunately the catch is they don’t send the merchandise ordered. I called (never spoke with anyone) and emailed requesting information regarding shipping but never received a response. I then emailed them to cancel my order and request a refund, but never received any reply back or refund.

I ordered a Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer from their website.

They took the money out of my Bank Account.

They did not send the product. They have not returned any emails and their phone only refers you to contact them via email.

NO Response from them.

The website appears legitimate and has a "trusted site" pop up thing. It "sells" products at a steep discount. I tried to buy a vacuum. Since placing the order on 12/23/2023 there has been no update on the order or shipping information of any kind despite sending emails to the email listed on the site.

"I bought two bottles of perfume from a business on December 23rd at a discounted holiday price. However, despite waiting patiently, I have not received any email confirmation or status update about my order. Today is already January 4th and my attempts to call the company have been unsuccessful. I couldn't speak to a live person, instead, I received only automated responses that didn't address my specific concerns. I also tried emailing the company through their contact us page, but I have not received any response from them. This lack of customer service has raised some red flags for me and I am now concerned about the status of my order. As a consumer, when I cannot receive any response from a company, it makes me concerned about my purchase and the legitimacy of the company. I believe this company is a scam."

This website offers great prices on nice products but as soon as you place your order your money is gone. No communication at all, they don’t answer emails and their phone number is just voicemail loops referring you back to the website to email. The website says my order is preparing for shipment and it’s said that for over a month. They are leaving fake reviews on trust pilot and they are taking down the honest 1 star reviews. Nobody has received anything from this place it’s a total scam. Some people left 5 star reviews that tell that they got scammed because when they posted 1 star reviews they were removed. Whoever this is is extremely shady. I’m not even sure if they are in Rochester NY like they say. I had a feeling the website was a scam but then I saw it’s a verified business with trust pilot so people think it’s legit when it’s not. I’m not sure how they got verified because it’s completely bogus. There are a lot of 1 star reviews now saying the same thing. The worst part is they chose Christmas time to put things on sale just to steal people’s money. Very shady and cowardly

I did a Google search for Dyson hair dryers and this business showed up for refurbished hair dryer. I fell for it and ordered one. I trusted the Google search and Trusted Site label plus it was secure.

They do not answer my emails or many phone calls. I have received 1 communication stating my order was in fulfillment.

This is still on Google search and im sure more people are getting scammed.

They offer a 2-3 business day processing time. Then are supposed to supply shipping tracking information. I made contact 5 times with only one reply to my second request for information, then nothing. Their business phone is only a recording that tells you to wait, and /or go online. They have neither answered any e-mail requests, phone calls and since 11/17 2023 my order is still in the processing mode - which, nullifies my being able to cancel directly through them.

On the pretext of offering discounted prices and great value for customers on online products and accessories, this company 'www.discountstoresavings.com' has duped customers like me, by receiving payments online and not providing the products in return. We purchased Dyson hair dryer products, and even after several weeks and multiple attempts to contact them for product status, we have not received the products nor any response to our request for canceling the order and returning our payments. There is no way to get hold of a person to talk to with this company, and a toll-free number extensions will all convey the same message about contacting them through email only. This is a fraudulent business that needs to be shut down, as we are now finding out online that several others have been duped in similar fashion as well by these scam artists.

I ordered a Dyson air wrap for my daughter. We had a house fire and everything was destroyed. I’ve been trying to replace everything and it’s been difficult. I sent an email asking how long the processing period was. I could see they already took payment and my status wasn’t changing. It said processing payment for days. Their answer went from vague to rude. I did tell them I was a bit stressed because of the fire and just trying to stay on top of things. I was not expecting the product that second just couldn’t understand why they were still processing payment after they had my funds. On the sixth day my status changed from processing payment to being prepared for shipping. Two minutes later the company canceled my order. The last contact I had with them because they won’t respond was 12/4. I don’t have a product or a refund. Now I don’t have the funds to buy another one they have my funds and mine are limited right now. My daughter is so disappointed. I just didn’t need to add to the stress. These things feel like a big thing when you just lost everything. It’s not like they weren’t aware of the situation.

The website is setup to look very legit, they have a proper address, website, and email, however upon making a purchase for a Dyson Airwrap for the websites "black Friday sale" no confirmation email was received. I did receive an order reference to track the status of the shipment. After two weeks I emailed customer service for a proper update. I was given a response, the representative wrote the entire thing off as a holiday setback and assured me my order was still coming. As of 12/13 I have still yet to receive my order despite it being almost a month waiting. Even if this website is not a scam I don't recommend spending your money there as you would be looking at over a one month shipping time.

Ordered a refurbished Dyson air wrap and with it being refurbished, and during Black Friday time, price was not suspicious. It was after the 5-7 delivery days and contacting them thru email 3 times and tried on the phone twice the amount of times to have 0 response that we then realized it was a scam site. Kinda sucks that we used our credit card and bank information, and there’s no way to get that money back.
