Placed an order with this company for two masks and filters on April 3rd. The site indicated that shipping would take 2-3 weeks; however, it is now June 1st and I have yet to receive the product. I have reached out to the company on multiple occasions and receive the same exact response from a customer service agent named “Macy.” The message says that orders can take 2-3 weeks and provides tracking numbers and a link to check the status of your order. The links, order numbers and tracking numbers yield no results. The website was still accepting orders up until a couple of days ago and now when you visit the website it just says “website is sold out. Contact us at [email protected] with any questions about your order.”

I had ordered 2 of these "high-end" masks from Discover Air weeks ago. My order number is #3899. However no tracking information was created and no date range for shipping/receiving was ever projected. The information their initial contact gave was absolutely vague. I paid $70.00 USD for these masks and am certain this is a fake company wrongly collecting consumer's money during this pandemic outbreak.

The website prompted me to download an app to track shipping called "Arrive" which had no information either, including no record of my actual order date, which was March 17. When I clink the "track my order" button on the email I received, the page is not found/does not exist.

They even recently changed their website from https://discover-air.com/ to https://discover-air.co/ to avoid ScamPulse.com reports. They also suspended comments on all of their instagram photos and posts so consumers couldn't cry out or show their true colors. On their website it says they are based in Switzerland.
