I tried to order from this company back in April. They messaged me on WhatsApp with multiple numbers for months while I waited on my package to arrive. Every week there was a new excuse for why my package was not sent off. They would promise to give me an extra product for my wait and patience before delaying again. When they finally "sent" it they messaged me about some falsified warning about the shipping being held up. I caught their employees in a lot multiple times during conversation and after a while I got fed up and demanded a refund for the 280 I sent to an account through Zelle. They haven't responded to me about the issue yet, every couple of months I get a new message from one of their employee numbers.
