I paid for a cockapoo puppy deposit to Thomas Flottmeyer (spelling maybe Flattmeyer) using his Apple Pay email address [email protected] on 04/11/2021 and he is facilitated with Discreet Shipping Agency to deliver the puppy that I never received. Initially his Instagram account was "cockapoo_puppies_available" and now it is not active, all puppies pictures and videos are deleted. I thought his name was David Huniu because he asked me to send $200 deposit through Venmo using his daughter's Venmo account as @katlyn-Chaffin-1. After Venmo transfer completed he returned $200 back to me due to issues she is having with Venmo. The last 4-digt of her phone number is 8841. Then he asked me to transfer $200 as a deposit and another $200 to prepare shipping of the puppy. On the day of delivery I received a text from (970) 639 1121 saying that "James Sandler" that puppy is going to be delivered using an electronic, air-conditioned crate which would cost me $599 plus vaccination $399.The tracking number was WPC046432601545-CARGO and website is https://discreetshippingagency.com/. They asked me to use Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App and I have an option to send $999 to the Thomas Flottmeyer so they can figure out within themselves. Once I receive the puppy I would be refunded 98% of $999 and when I asked to receive a written agreement then I received a call from 970 639 1121 saying that it is safe and they would return the money when I get the puppy. At that point I knew the whole puppy sale was a scam. I contacted Apple Pay to stop total of $400 transfer and they gave me his name is Thomas Flottmeyer of email address registered as [email protected]. Until then I thought his name was David Huniu because he wanted a transfer through Zelle and his email address is [email protected] to receive Zelle transfer.

Thomas Flottmeyer and "Discreet Shipping Agency" are same scam so please don't trust any of them.
