Goes by William Spark on facebook, but on the tracking information goes by Mark Raymond, and he had a puppy he was selling. I asked him to video chat me with the dog, he did. I sent $190 for the dog as a reservation and he sent me tracking information from www.discreetdelivery-express.com

When the puppy 'arrived' the company then asks for $300 as an insurance fee. I did not pay that. But I'm out $190, and never received anything.

The email he used for the 'delivery service' is [email protected]
