I received a mailer from Dish offering a $500 debit card if I signed up with them. I did back in mid-22 and have been trying to get my card since. Just learned today that although I followed all the rules (calling the number they gave, giving the correct code, etc) I was told the card would not be sent because I waited too long to request it. There was no requirement that I "request" the card and I contacted them within the 60 day requirement they impose for reporting such situations. I was told it was being sent. They failed to honor their commitment, Avoid this bait and switch!
