Someone with a foreign accent continues to call my dad and claim to be Dish Network. The caller claims my dad needs an additional service or device to limit service disruptions during storms or inclement weather and he can take a credit card over the phone. I spoke with Dish and they confirmed they will never call customers to solicit products or services.

I called their number back and asked what is their business- they did not answer with a business name or Dish. I asked questions and he remained vague. I heard others in the background that sounded like a call center. I told him not to ever call this number but they’ve started back up again. I welcome any guidance to stop these calls. They are very upsetting to my parents.
