The phone number came across as Dish Tv. They said they were cking equipment. They asked for two numbers off the tv and my passcode. I stupidly gave it. That night all of our recordings were deleted. I called their number and was told to leave a msg. I knew they were fraud. Because I had called the real dish network. Not dish tv. They said they don’t call customers. I changed my passcode. But somehow they hacked my acct. and removed my recordings. When I called them back they wanted me to by a new hopper box for $350. I gave their phone to local phone company and dish network. But local said they couldn’t help because it wasn’t one of their phone numbers.

Call Dishtv tech support from website and got transferred to Grace who claimed to be Dishtv Tech. +19733556616

She walked me thru support then stated she could lower my bill with transferring to Directtv. She knew exactly how much my last bill was which I didn't think of it untill I asked more questions. When I asked questions she put me on hold and then would have an answer. After the third time, I hung up froze my CC# then called a different Dishtv number from their app. They stated I never called and I reported the other person with them. I got a fraud charge on my CC# from AT&T.
