I purchased the item online. After 7 days I received and email that my order shipped with tracking number. I had not received the order after an additional 17 days so I looked up the tracking number. It states that UPS only received electronic notification of the order, but never actually received the order to ship to me. I attempted to contact Disk Drive to find out the call would not go through (their number did not work), the "Contact us" form would not send through to anyone, and a direct message to them on their social media was ignored. This is when I found that many people were commenting that they had not received their orders either, but the company also charged them.

bought goods, custom air fresheners. never sent, bogus tracking number given that was never updated. company now unresponsive and they are getting flooded with complaints on their site about others being scammed. stole money from one persons bank. they are a scam. address listed goes to a home address. phone and email don't work for the company.
