This is NOT a legitimate store. They have what looks to be great sale pricing on name brand Loungefly items, but once you make your purchase they take your money, send you a fake tracking number for a package that was already delivered somewhere else, and they ghost you. Their “customer service” section looks legit, but no one will ever respond to your inquiries. Their email link just takes you in circles back to the top of the same page over & over. They have no phone number listed, so you can’t call them. The website says they are located in Texas, but the charge sent through to someone in Hawaii, and the charge went to a man named Pham, not to an actual company. Whom ever that is, they made off with $85 of my money for absolutely nothing.
