I tried to purchase a stuffed animal as a gift from this site. It is sold out in many places and I was very excited that I found it. I ordered and paid extra to make sure I received it in time. I received an email confirmation that went directly to spam and it worried me that this might be a scam, but I decided to wait and see if my item would be shipped and delivered. I never received any shipping information and with the extra I paid it was supposed to be delivered within 5 days. I ordered the item on the 7th and the latest it should have been delivered is the 15th. I never received anything so I contacted them and never heard from them. I looked online and saw that other people have been scammed by them. I disputed on paypal and my credit card company so that I could get a refund. I saw an email from paypal that showed shipping information and when I went and checked it said delivered. This is another scam becasue this is the first time I saw any shipping information and nothing was ever delivered. As I mentioned already I am not the first person to be scammed by them and they need to be shut down. I was purchasing something for a baby shower and it was a sentimental gift and they are taking advantage of people and need to be stopped.

Company does not sell or deliver Disney product. They take your money and run. No refund policy, no viable communication. PayPal doesn not refund you either
