Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
They emailed me outside of PayPal essentially threatening me and telling me to close the case, and that once I closed the case THEN they'd not only refund me but send me a free "exquisite gift!" This is a complete BS website and I hope no one else experiences this. The Paypal purchase didn't even go to a business; it went to an individual's PayPal by the name of Shona Reidy (and the email of [email protected].) When the "customer service team reached out the email was some random email "[email protected]." They also did not message me through Paypal but followed up through an email to my email account. There is no indication at all that is even a legitimate business.
Below I've attached the "order confirmation email" I received upon ordering;

needless to say, I knew I'd been immediately scammed as soon as I checked out.
