These people are total crooks. I parked in their parking lot and my 10.00 payment wouldn’t go through on their site (I believe this is planned). The next thing I know I’m getting a bill for $55.00! Yes, &55.00!!!! This is absolutely criminal. I tried to pay the 10.00 after the notified me and they wouldn’t accept it. Are you kidding me?? I’m not alone on this either. They’ve pulled this scam on many people. It’s so wrong on so many different levels. I’ll never go to my downtown area again because of these scammers. Never.
