I ordered a product for my child. The site then said it was buy 1 get 2 free for Valentine's day, I immediately contacted them via email which is the only way to contact them with no response. I tried again and again to contact the company about the free items. I then tried to cancel the order all together however nothing. I then get a tracking number from what appears to be YunExpress, meaning the product was coming from China not the US (as the company shows it is in LA). This purchase was on 1-27, my tracking email was on 1/29 and no updates since then however the money of course was taken out of the account right away.
