Received a text message stating, "Your division of unemployment insurance account is on hold for verification. Complete your verification via the extension below" and since I had just filed for unemployment, I thought I needed to fill out. I entered all my personal information including SS#, Name, DOB, email address, password, PIN, address, etc. After I inputted it, I was directed to a random image. That's when I knew I was involved in a scam.
