I signed up for divorce papers online, they charged me $159 right away. I had to cancel process for personal reasons, I did so within time frame according to their policy,. Filled out cancellation form and they charged me $45 out the $159 for cancellation fee, which I agreed on. According to their policy takes from 7-14 business days to refund. I tried contacting them though emails, online chat and left a few voice messages between the 10th and 14th business day. After not getting any info except emails that" my case was being reviewed", on the status of my refund, I'd requested on chat to be contacted by a supervisor, nobody ever contacted me. On the 14th day I kept calling, nobody answered the phone and I realized I'd been blocked and never received my refund per their cancellation policy. As if now I have my bank disputing the charge of $114 of the $159 per their refund policy fee.
